What I do around here:
I like to help people through massage and positive energy. I’m a team player, and a spirit leader. Need a good laugh or a genuine smile? Come and find me – I’m here to help.
I became a Registered Massage Therapist because:
I like to help people heal. I thrive at the chance to solve puzzles. The body and its sustained traumas are my puzzles. I have also experienced multiple car accidents as a child and enough falls, breaks, bumps and bruises to get a good sense of the rehabilitation process and the need for continued awareness of one’s own wellness.
My personal philosophy is:
We all have our vices! Taking responsibility for those vices and trying to amend them takes a lot of effort. Motivation to exercise or to make health conscious choices isn’t always easy. Most often we need to create that motivation by starting that which we put off. Those actions with or without the initial motivation are rewarding. More often than not, it is the reward that keeps that motivation going.
What I do for fun:
I love spending time with my family. Skiing, cycling, running, and walking are my favorite methods of exercise. I like to cook, sing, read, and round my day off with a good dose of sci-fi.
