What is Holistic Nutrition?

Holistic Nutrition is the concept of eating food that is as close to its natural state as possible, supporting optimal well-being and performance. It considers the person as a whole, and aims to rebalance body systems leaving you feeling energized and healthy, not tired, sickly and generally “not so great”. Eating real food will provide the energy needed to think, move and function properly, supplying all the nutrients that are required to build, repair and regenerate bone, muscle, nervous system tissue and blood.

One-On-One Nutritional Counseling

Work one-on-one with our Registered Holistic Nutritionist to correct body system imbalances and receive a nutrition and lifestyle program customized to your unique, biochemical needs.

Nutrient-dense, whole foods and high-quality natural supplements (when needed) are used to support your body’s natural healing processes and restore internal balance, with the goal of reducing chronic symptoms and improving your health status. Receive diet and lifestyle recommendations, sample menu plan & recipe list, and a therapeutic food list customized to your nutritional needs. Our Nutritionist focuses on (but is not limited to) the following conditions:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Brain injury, concussions
  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s
  • Brain fog, head aches and impaired memory function
  • Chronic musculoskeletal pain/ joint pain
