What I do around here

Being a physiotherapist, I work with each patient to meet their individual goals and get them back to doing the things they love and value in life. I focus on identifying and correcting movement dysfunction and utilizing manual therapy and exercise to facilitate the healing process. I aim to educate and empower each patient so they will be able to manage their injuries and have an active role in their individual treatment program.

I became a Physiotherapist because

I have always been geared towards helping others. It wasn’t until my own encounter with physio through sports injuries that I knew this was for me. Working so closely with my physiotherapist, I was able to return to sport even better than pre-injury. This made me want to provide that same feeling to my patients and empower them to take control of their health and strive for personal bests.

My personal philosophy is

Motion is Lotion! Moving well and confidently can provide a wealth of health benefits and longevity in performing any task you set your mind to.

What I do for fun

When I am not in the clinic, I love playing soccer and hockey, as well as a deep passion for snowboarding. Aside from sports, I enjoy hiking and backcountry camping to really take in what this great country has to offer!
