What I do around here:

I help those with musculoskeletal dysfunction or injury to regain normal function using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. I also aim to help educate my clients to maintain healthier lifestyles and to prevent future injury.

I became a Physiotherapist because:

I love the diversity of life as a Physio. One minute you can be helping someone to manage their chronic back pain, and the next rehabbing an elite athlete from injury. There’s never a dull moment!

My personal philosophy is:

A healthy body needs a healthy mind. Perceptions of pain and injury are just as important to address as physical problems, and a holistic approach to rehabilitation is essential for a complete recovery.

What I do for fun:

I love road biking so I am frequently out and about on the trails through Gatineau Park and I also enjoy hiking and sailing. My greatest passions however are travel and scuba diving, and although I have been lucky enough to combine the two and have visited many beautiful places, there are definitely still some on the bucket list to be ticked off!
