What I do around here:

I am a passionate physiotherapist that provides exceptional care and treatment to patients. I am dedicated to helping individuals recover from a variety of injuries and help them remain healthy. I have a multitude of experience in helping individuals with complex care, sports injuries, post surgery rehabilitation, as well as post natal blocked milk duct care for new moms.

I became a Physiotherapist because:

I’m passionate about helping individuals regain function in pursuit of their active healthy lifestyle. I thrive off of using my communication skills to provide a level of comfort for my client in both a friendly and professional manner. I genuinely believe that physiotherapy is one of the most rewarding professions. Seeing people get better and healthier is the most rewarding feeling I get as a physiotherapist.

My personal philosophy is:

I believe in living a healthy balanced lifestyle by eating balanced meals and engaging in continuous active living. I believe everything is good in moderation. The right balance of nutritious food and exercise fuels your mind and body, propels you towards self-betterment, and elevates your physical & psychological feeling of wellness.

What I do for fun:

In my spare time I like to go to the gym regularly, enjoy long walks in the summer, and love spending time with my family and friends. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy eating healthy meals.
